We aim to do our best to ensure availability of training slots for all our students. While there is little we can do to influence cancellations due to the weather what we can do is to balance our student numbers to a effort to be fair to all.

At the beginning of a course we will seek to find out a students preferred frequency of lessons. With this information it is our policy to then limit the number of current students to ensure a fair level of availability for everyone.
